After a few short months, we recently signed up our 150th Apprentice - Cassie @ Little Angels Nursery, Part of the Childs Play Group.
The value of an Apprenticeship is clearly demonstrated by Cassie's Manager (Pam)
"Cassie started at Little Angels on 1st February 2016, She works Monday to Thursday and is currently based in the Baby Room, She gets on well with the staff and has a lovely relationship with all the children, The parents have also commented on how good she is and has a caring nature, She is hardworking and uses her initiative to plan activities for the children, Cassie has just started her NVQ level 3 through Training Works, and is also willing to undertake further training outside of work hours, She is a committed member of the team." - Pam @ Little Angels.
Fantastic achievement by our first cohort of learners at Gilberts (Blackpool) Ltd. All successfully achieved Team Leading Management qualifications, with Nicholas Newton earning promotion on the back of his award!
Well done & congratulations from everyone here at Training Works - you worked hard, you achieved & we're proud of you!
